When will I receive my order confirmation?

We will try our very best to send you a confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order.

How soon will you ship my order?

We aim to prepare and ship your order within 4 working days from the moment your payment has been received.

How will my order be delivered?

We use NACEX (Spain) and DHL (international) for our shipments. All deliveries will require a signature upon receipt.

Can I track my order online?

Yes you can. As soon as your order has been shipped we will send you a confirmation message to let you know that your package is on its way. Soon thereafter we will also send you a shipment update with a tracking number to be used online at (Spain) or (international).

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to most countries in Europe and many countries around the world (US, Canada, Colombia, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, China and Japan, to mention just a few). Delivery times vary slightly depending on the destination but range from 24 to 72 hours (up to 7 days when ground service is selected – for Spain only).

What should I do if you don’t ship to my country?

Please send a message to so that we can confirm the delivery time and shipping cost for your area.

Can I change my shipping address once my order has been sent?

Please send a message to as soon as possible so that we can contact our shipping agent and try to redirect the shipment. However, there is no guarantee that this can be done successfully once your order has been dispatched.



 What is your policy on returns and exchanges?

Teixidors is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, you are welcome to an exchange or refund within 14 working days of receipt of the order.

Before returning the product, please send a message to with the subject “return/exchange” and notify us of the reason so that we can evaluate the situation and help you process the return.

The item(s) should be returned to us in perfect condition, with the original packaging and at your expense. The original shipping fee is not refundable unless there is a problem with the product.

IMPORTANT: If you didn’t pay shipping costs on the original order as a result if a promotion (example: “free shipping costs on orders over €XX”), we deduct the effective cost of the shipping.

We always recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the items safe return.

Exchanges and refunds from purchases at and are only available online and cannot be returned directly to a store.

Any personalized product or item marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged. Gift Cards are non-returnable.


What should I do if I discover that there is something wrong with my purchase?

In the case that the item(s) purchased are not in perfect condition upon delivery, please notify us right away at teixidors@teixidors.comwith the subject “return/exchange”. We will reply to you within 24 hours to evaluate the situation and help you with a solution.

How will I receive my money back?

We will process a full refund of the purchase price within a maximum of 7 working days after we have received the returned product (as long as the product is perfect condition). All refunds will be made by the same payment method that was used in the purchase.

Please include a copy of the original invoice and a note referencing our e-mail correspondence and whether you would like to exchange the item or return it. Please send the package with insured postage as Teixidors is not liable for lost return packages.
